Bellefonte Central Rail Trail Opens

The first segment of the Bellefonte Central Rail Trail through the Penn State Arboretum was dedicated and officially opened on Bike to Work Day by Arboretum director Kim Steiner. Funds have been appropriated for a feasibility study to extend the trail to Bellefonte.
