Parking Problems at Wegman's

Finding cycling facilities in State College ofter requires local knowledge. You
wouldn't find this bike rack at Wegman's without some of it. When I arrived today, I found
the rack has hidden by shopping carts as it has been now for almost a year.

As I moved the carts, I was pleased to find the rack is still there.

Although it is not as spotlessly clean as the rest of the store.

As I was packing to leave, another cyclist arrived. He was surprised
to find that Wegman's has a bike rack after all. Why Has this bike rack
space become a storage bay for shopping carts? Doesn't Wegman's want
cyclists to patronize their store?

Update: May 3
Wegman's has responded and the store manager has promised the bike rack will be kept clean and accessible. If it is not, please let the store manager or me know.
