How We Roll:

Penns Valley Pedal & Pints is a very flexible, non-competitive riding group, always open to suggestions.

We meet on Wednesdays, the rides start at 6:00. Everyone signs in and contributes $3.00 per ride. This will be collected before we leave.

With your donation you will receive a token good for one Elk Creek beer. After the season ending picnic the donations collected will be divided equally between the following local groups: Penns Valley Hope Fund, Penns Valley Conservation Association, Millheim Swimming Pool, East Penns Valley Library and the Millheim Fire Company. Early each week the upcoming route is emailed to everyone using www.mapmyride.com. Weather permitting, the route is marked using spray chalk and a whiteboard map of the route is at the start location. There is also a support vehicle available for any breakdowns.

Each Wednesday we will try and take a different ride ranging from 15-20 miles. We leave together with everyone free to ride ot their own pace and change the route to suit their needs. After the rides we will meet at Elk Creek Cafe to enjoy a beer, dinner or to just tell big bike stories! During our rides we make sure to communicate with each other and respect motor vehicles by riding single file when approached by vehicles from behind. Please come and join us for a Ride, a few Beers and a chance to get to know the Valley and your neighbors!
