DESCRIPTION:Penn State Transportation Services will host a free wet weather biking 101 workshop on Wednesday\, September 9 from 6:15pm – 7:15pm at the Bike Den. \nInstructors will share tips to keep cyclists safe and bikes in working order during seasonal rain.
