The awe-inspiring vistas, mountain laurel-flanked trails, and crushing climbs of this ride will leave you breathless in more ways than one.

Ready to challenge yourself? This unique race offers riders the opportunity to participate at 3 levels: Gritty, Grittier, and Grittiest .

The aim of this race is to attract a substantial women’s field and support equality and inclusion in gravel racing. We will achieve this objective by reserving half of the 600 race spots for female-identifying athletes.

Expect…

  • Mixed Terrain – asphalt, hard-packed dirt, singletrack/fire roads with varying-sized rocks, epic gravel climbs, and daring descents.
  • Stunning Scenery
  • Well-marked courses/GPS maps and course marshalls to help direct.

The Level 1 Instructor Certification prepares participants to teach mountain bike skills safely and effectively using structured progressions aligned with the BICP Minimum Ride Standard.

To help grow our local riding community, we’re sponsoring scholarships for two local riders to attend the upcoming certification course in Yellow Breeches, PA, June 9–11, 2026.

If you enjoy helping others build confidence on the trails and want to become a certified instructor, this opportunity may be for you.
