DESCRIPTION:For more than three decades\, thousands of riders\, volunteers\, and supporters have gathered to take on the Bike MS: Glimcher Keystone Country Ride. Spanning two days and up to 150 miles through Centre County’s most breathtaking backroads\, this storied event turns a weekend of cycling into ground-breaking research and vital support for local families affected by multiple sclerosis.\n  \nRegistration and Information Here! \nWith every event comes volunteer opportunities! The Borough having 5 crashes\, Harris with 4\, Ferguson with 3\,\n     College & Bellefonte with 2\, and 1 in Patton and Potter. The locations were all looked at and discussed. \nInfrastructure Updates\n        Matthew went over the projects going on in the area. Covering Easterly/Westerly\, Houserville\, and Blue Course projects.\n      \nHappy Birthday Bike Den!\n      The Bike Den turned 5 years old on this day!\nCentre Gives\n      Centre Gives disbursement after stretch pool came to $4722\n      \nIronman Foundation Grant\n      CentreBike received an Ironman Foundation Grant of $800 towards the purchase of quality bike light sets.\n            \n\n\nOld Business\n\nBike Lights – Approve\n     The board received samples of the lights. Lights are USB-C rechargeable and have an IPX4 rating\, with 227lm of brightness. Lights are available on amazon and alibaba\, each vendor having advantages and disadvantages. It was suggested to try from both sources. These will be ordered in time for Light Up The Night. It was also discussed about changing the LUTN format. November 4th will be the date. \n\nBike Rack Map\n      Matt discussed bike racks. Penn State’s bike rack data only contains locations\, but is up to date. The Borough’s bike map data covers downtown and is outdated\, but contains number of slots\, style\, and coverage.  It was suggested PSU try to capture this data in an upcoming bike count.\n      \n\n\nNew Business\n\nVice President\n     CentreBike is looking for a Vice President.
