Volunteers Needed!

What: Spring 2018 Bike Count
When: Wednesday April 11th – 10:05am-2pm
(rain date: Thursday April 12th same time)
Where: Meet in front of the Eisenhower Deck entrance to the Parking Office (see map)
What to wear/bring: Comfy shoes or sneakers (a lot of walking), water bottle (stay hydrated!), proper clothing (should be nice and sunny but should still be a bit chilly), and cell phone.
Any volunteers who would prefer to bring their own bike and helmet (no helmet = no biking during the count) to get around to rack locations, please indicate as such in your response! Any students who may need a helmet, please let me know.
What to expect: Students/volunteers will be paired with staff members to track how many bikes are parked at racks, how many bikes are registered, and verifying that the racks are in the same places as indicated on provided maps. Campus will be broken down into zones with one group assigned to each zone. Maps, clipboards, pencils, and recording sheets will be provided to each group.
Groups will reconvene at the EPD Conference Room 1:55pm (or earlier if finished earlier) to hand in their tracking sheets and grab some lunch.
