          Chernega, Cecily Zhu, Mark Davison, Corey Thibault-Cuhel,

    • Treasurer’s Report: $15,315.31

    • Stakeholder Reports
• State College Borough
• Centre Region Council of Government Anne Messner reports

               that they are finalizing May’s Bike Month. Metropolitan

               Planning agency applied for grants for master plan for the

               county and they received the funds
• Municipalities/Government
• Penn State/Bike Den: Corey said B Den was busy with

           students returning. Wet weather Biking class coming up.

           Hours shifting based on what they’re seeing as usage.

           Cecily reported that police will be out stopping non-car

            vehicles for moving violations to educate on how to be safe.
• New Business: CB is signed up for Centre Gives and Matt sent

                                out Bike Month Resolutions to townships
