Bike MS: Glimcher Keystone Country Ride 2026

For more than three decades, thousands of riders, volunteers, and supporters have gathered to take on the Bike MS: Glimcher Keystone Country Ride. Spanning two days and up to 150 miles through Centre County’s most breathtaking backroads, this storied event turns a weekend of cycling into ground-breaking research and vital support for local families affected by multiple sclerosis.
