Celebrate Car Free Day on Monday, September 22, by walking, biking, carpooling, or using public transit for a chance to win a $50 Downtown Improvement District gift card! Stop by the outside of Schlow Library (corner of Allen Street and Beaver Avenue) between 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for a FREE cup of coffee
