CENTREBIKE JUNE 2026 MINUTES GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Welcome
Attending: Matt Cox, Anne Messner, Michele cChernega, Karl Ahrensen, Paul Rito, Jeff Luck, Chip Mefford

Treasurer’s Report Balance: $18,851.21
     Welcome Karl as new Treasurer

Stakeholder Reports
     Centre Region Council of Government : Anne reported that Employee Guide soon to be printed for Bicycle Friendly Business. Reaching out to Police Depts for what they want on Social related to ebikes and other forms of mobility. Biking in the Centre Region class July 7 at 6:15pm Jeff Luck related on Bike Library, that there bike library users will have to do an orientation before they can check out bikes, so delays effort and it won’t happen until next year.

     Penn State/Bike Den Karl reported that he was just hired part-time to work Bike Den

Public Comment
     Karl said his church is looking at putting a bike repair station near them

     Centre Gives 54 donors, 13 of whom were new. Matt said CB might consider postcards pre-Centre Gives to remind people of the effort.
