Cyclists and residents will have a five-minute opportunity to comment on a proposed Route 322 project during a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7 at Calvary Church - Harvest Fields, 150 Harvest Fields Drive in Boalsburg. Doors open at 4 p.m., and the public hearing begins at 5 p.m.
