• State College Borough: Jasmine reports that bike parking options to be expanded outside business district and possible conversion of car spots. Borough looking for org to help them with making a Bike Plan; RFP being drafted. Bicycle Ambassador Program in works still; launching in March.

• Winter Bike Anywhere Friday – 31Riders 349.9 Miles
• Open Floor Roy G. states that bike-repair is slow locally and Matt told him about BlackList Bikes. Also wishes there were more bike connectors between bike paths. i.e. Allen St to University Drive. Naomi Anderson talked to CB about Alley Cat Pride Ride which has checkpoint race rather than a designated route with June 12 as a goal for event. She has organized two in Pittsburgh before. It cannot be insured if it’s a race, rather than just a ride.
