- Centre Region Council of Government Anne reports trying to get meetings to plan for bike events. Anne spoke with CTSP, sub contractor to Penn DOT for Bike Ahead signage. SCASD will get some of the signs cuz CTSP required partnership with a school.
- Penn State/Bike Den: Anthony updated that they are looking for new Director after Cecily resigned but that all events on the calendar still hold.

- Centre Region Bicycle Advisory Committee: Lydia said they are planning for elections. Feb 18 is their next meeting.

- New Business: Paul will be doing a lot of bike travel and be unavailable at times
- Cranksgiving Grant awarded for $1,000 from 3 Dots Downtown. 3 Dots wants some video and Matt is working on that
- MS Ride June 21 + 22 They are looking for riders and volunteers. (Chris Piper is the contact)
- Bike Counting Project: Matt worked with Anthony & Cecily to either use a raspberry pie or trail cam to measure cyclists. They went with the latter and are still testing. PSU campus wouldn’t allow it until Risk looked into it, but Anne got ok from College Township and it counted cyclists on Orchard Rd connector . Setup for camera was $450
- Ironman for 2025 is June 15 and Matt was contacted about recruiting a group and/or captain
- Old Business
Cranksgiving – Results 91 cyclists about $4789.50 worth of food. Matt is considering doing it over two days next year. Sat + Sun. Also considering getting Oscar Meyer WienerMobile and maybe get Todd Minor and Vamos Chariot involved
Light Up The Night – Results: 148 sets of lights 340 cyclists Local police got 100+ lights from CB to distribute as needed. Anthony said he sends out Bicycle Enforcement stats and can share with CB. 2025 date will be Nov 3
Schedule – a google form will be sent to find the best day to meet (Sent).
