This workshop will teach participants the rules of the road and winter bike safety tips.
As this is an indoor, classroom-style workshop, a bicycle will not be required for participation
Participants will receive a free pair of Penn State bike lights.
Space is limited, and RSVPs must be received by end of day Tuesday, Nov. 14.
