We’ll discuss business as usual, but all members are welcome to stay afterwards to mingle with a celebratory drink. Note: This meeting will occur at Videon Central, rather than our usual meeting location at the Borough.
Calling all bike spectators and bike racing enthusiasts! Get all the info about the Nittany Stage Race being organized by Penn State Junior and Cycling Club member Andrew Artz. The event will be held on the 1st and 2nd of August 2015 and all proceeds benefit The Bestwick Foundation. This is a great opportunity to come out and watch or participate in a cycling event right here in State College.
Despite below-freezing temperatures, a large crowd gathered at the steps in front of Penn State’s Old Main to celebrate winter cycling in State College. Commuters enjoyed a morning hot coffee and took a quick photo before heading to work. Organized by CentreBike, PSU Sustainability, and Active Lions, the event was designed to celebrate as well as raise awareness of the number of bicycle commuters who continue pedaling in the community year-round.
