  • February 2023 General Meeting Minutes

    CentreBike Membership Meeting  February 13th, 2023 at 5:30pm-7:00pm  Agenda      • Welcome Attendance: Matt Cox, Paul Rito, Ed Jenkins, Michele Chernega, Denise Bortree, Cecily Zhu, Corey Thibaut-Cuhel, Mark Davison    • Treasurer’s Report Ed reported balance at $15,365.31    • Elections Denise Bortree volunteered and was voted in as Vice President on a trial basis. Matt made the motion, Michele seconded and all voted Yes    • Stakeholder Reports        • State College Borough        • Centre Region Council of Government        • Municipalities/Government         • Penn State/Bike Den – Corey reported that 20 people attended Winter BIking and two Queer events and a Wet Weather Riding March 30 and new
