  • Warner Blvd Bicycle Detour

    Please see the notes below on PennDOTs plans for Warner Blvd near Boalsburg. Detours, including one for cyclists, will start April 11. If you’re trying to access Linden Hall Rd, the best way will be using Old Boalsburg Rd from Lemont. Otherwise, be prepared to use RT 45 to approach Linden Hall from the East.

    Warner Boulevard Project to Start next Week in Centre County

    Detours will begin April 11

    State College, PA – Next week the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will begin an improvement project on Route 3010 (Warner Boulevard) in Centre County. The project will rehabilitate the roadway and extend its service life, while also addressing some bike and pedestrian needs.

    Bike Occupancy Permit

    CentreBike signed on to a letter about BOP to help further statewide action. Any updates on this issue will be shared with the membership.

    Bike Friendly Business (BFB) update

    Jim Serene and Jean Bemis met with Jeannine Lozier at the Mount Nittany Medical Center to propose they apply for BFB status. After discussing, Jeannine proposed that the entire Mount Nittany Health System (more…)
